What do you need to know to make your oil?
Yes, it’s very important for us so that we can give you better service by organizing ourselves better. This way, you’ll ensure that your olives enter the mill the same day.
Yes, always bring your olives within 24 hours after harvesting. If you keep them in crates, they will be better preserved.
No, they are not accepted. Check their condition before bringing them. Mas Montseny reserves the right to accept them or not.
Because the treatments will be more effective and you will obtain olives with lower acidity and higher quality. Ask us about the Plant Health Service.
A minimum of 400kg of olives is required to mill. However, we have other options: contact us and we’ll discuss them.
Don’t worry: if it’s your first time working with us, we’ll fill out a personal form with your data and get to work.
We recommend decanting the olive oil that you want to keep one month after milling.
The amounts will be paid upon collecting the oil from your olives.
We have oil available all year round. If you bring your olives, we’ll give you a discount.
