10. Mill appointment bookings (milling)

When you request an appointment to press your olives through the website booking form, we process the following data: identification and contact details (name and surname, phone, WhatsApp, email and town), harvest data (kilos, variety, type of production and condition of the olives) and the document accrediting the management of the land (DUN or a document proving that you manage the land).

Purpose: to manage and confirm the appointment, organise the milling service and ensure the traceability of the oil.

Legal basis: performance of the requested service and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations regarding agri-food traceability (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).

Retention: we keep the data for the duration of the relationship and for the legally required periods. The accrediting document is stored in a restricted manner, in a private space accessible only to authorised staff, and is deleted when it is no longer necessary for the purpose.

Recipients: we do not share this data with third parties, except by legal obligation. It is processed with security measures that prevent unauthorised access.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability as indicated in section 6 of this policy.

11. Changes to the privacy policy

Mas Montseny reserves the right to modify this policy to adapt it to regulatory changes or website improvements. It is recommended to review it periodically.
