• Mas Montseny Selecció Arbequina 100ml: A perfect balance between intensity and smoothness. High sensory value, intense green fruitiness and an exceptional aromatic complexity for its variety.
• Mas Montseny Selecció Picual 100ml: A perfect balance between intensity and flavor. With a rich and powerful organoleptic profile, this oil stands out for its medium-high intensity and long-lasting persistence on the palate.
• Mas Montseny Selecció Lecciana 100ml:This oil offers a medium-high intensity and great aromatic richness. Among its secondary aromas are fresh green apple and subtle tropical fruit notes.
• Mas Montseny Selecció Coratina 100ml: Known as “Il Profumo” for its intense fruitiness and great aromatic complexity, it delivers a range of natural aromas including notes of freshly cut grass and artichoke.

How to carry out the tasting

To properly appreciate each oil, we recommend tasting them from the mildest to the most intense, in the following order: Arbequina, Picual, Lecciana and Coratina.

1. Preparation: Pour between 5 and 10 ml of EVOO into a tasting glass and cover it.
2. Warm and smell:Hold the glass in the palm of your hand to gently warm the oil and encourage the release of aromas. Take soft, slow and deep inhalations to perceive the fruitiness and secondary aromas.
3. Tasting on the palate: Take a small sip and slowly spread it around the mouth for a few seconds to perceive sweetness and bitterness.
4. Finish: Swallow and observe the spicy notes, the pleasant aftertaste and the aromatic complexity that gradually unfolds.
