Shipping methods
At Mas Montseny’s online store we offer you two options to receive your order:
- By courier: delivery to the address of your choice.
- Pickup at Mas Montseny: collect your order in person.
1. Courier delivery
Once we receive your order and confirm payment, you will receive the package within a maximum of 3 working days. When the courier picks up the order from Mas Montseny, we will notify you. We will keep you informed of the tracking until final delivery.
2. Pickup at Mas Montseny
If you prefer, you can pick up your order yourself at Mas Montseny, starting the day after placing your order and confirming payment. When your order is ready, we will notify you by phone or WhatsApp.
Pickup hours: Monday to Friday from 10 am to 1 pm and from 3 pm to 6 pm.
Warranty and returns
At Mas Montseny we take the quality of our products and services very seriously. Here’s what to do in case of any issue with your order.
1. If a product arrives damaged during shipping
We carefully prepare each order with good packaging so it arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a box that is dirty, badly damaged or shows clear signs that the contents might be broken, do not accept it. The courier will return it to us and we will send you a new order at no additional cost.
2. If you don’t like a product
If you have received a product in good condition but it is not to your liking, you have up to 7 calendar days to return it.
- The product must be unopened and in perfect condition.
- It must be returned with the original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Once we receive the product and check its condition, we will contact you to arrange a refund of the corresponding amount.
3. If you believe a product is defective
If you find that a product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible by phone or email, and explain what you have detected. We will review the case and find the best solution to resolve the issue quickly and satisfactorily.
