ALVO is an extra virgin avocado oil made from fresh and healthy avocados, sourced from the Mediterranean coast and, soon, also from Mas Montseny’s farms in Camp de Tarragona.
It is obtained through a cold-pressing process, following the same quality standards as the finest extra virgin olive oils.
Local origin and sustainable project
This oil is part of the alvo.cat project, an innovative initiative to grow the first local Catalan avocado aimed at both fresh consumption and oil production.
The crops are managed sustainably, taking advantage of the region’s climate and fertile soil to ensure top quality and minimal impact.

It has a shelf life of 24 months from the date of production.
