OLI PADRÍ is an extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from Arbequinas grown on centuries-old olive trees in the Camp de Tarragona. After a year of waiting, four estates with excellent plant health were harvested simultaneously in a single day, and the olives were taken immediately to the mill to ensure maximum freshness and quality.
The wisdom of the oldest trees
The age of these olive trees provides a strong fruitiness, resulting in an oil with a ripe profile, deep flavor, and high aromatic complexity. It is also stored under optimal conditions, at a stable temperature and without oxygen, to preserve all sensory and nutritional properties until serving.
Intense and balanced sensory profile
According to the Catalonia Olive Oil Tasting Panel, OLI PADRÍ is an oil without defects, with a ripe fruitiness of medium-high intensity.
On the palate, it is very balanced, with a smooth and elegant texture.
