Known as “Il Profumo” for its intense fruitiness and great aromatic complexity, it offers a range of natural aromas including:
- Notes of freshly cut grass and artichoke
- Hints of arugula, green almond, and walnut
- Subtle touches of Mediterranean herbs such as thyme and sage

On the palate it is powerful, broad, and harmonious, with balanced bitterness and spiciness that reflect its freshness and high polyphenol content (over 700 mg/kg).
